Theme Party Supplies

Theme party supplies can turn an ordinary party into something much more fun and memorable. Having a specific theme for a party encourages people to dress up or bring themed drinks or gifts. Having a Hawaiian themed party is a great summer party, but can be just as much fun in the middle of winter, sometimes even more fun. Add a hot tub or swimming pool to the mix for a truly memorable time. Some Hawaiian themed supplies are leis, grass skirts, coconut bras and drinks with little umbrellas.

Theme party supplies are made for different holidays, or are themed around popular media. Halloween is a popular time for throwing themed parties. Creating a haunted house like atmosphere and having everyone dress up in costumes is standard fare for most parties around Halloween, as are mysterious drinks that often bubble and smoke out of a witch’s cauldron. Some other common supplies for Halloween themed parties are cotton that can be stretched out into spider webs complete with plastic spiders, and of course plenty of candy.

Theme party supplies can be found online, and at many party supply stores. Some party themes can be a bit obscure sometimes making it difficult to find interesting props and decorations. Pirate parties are a fun theme party. A neckerchief and a eye-patch are all that is really needed to dress up as a pirate, but some great additions are a scabbard (the curved pirate sword), a parrot and the over pronunciation of the consonant ‘R’. Refer to everyone as “matey” or “scallywag” for even more fun.
